Popis: | 26th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 2108-2111 Throughout the photovoltaic industry, significant efforts in design and manufacturing are being made to improve the efficiency of crystal-silicon photovoltaic cells. One factor affecting the performance of these cells is the amount of metallic contamination found on the cells and the resulting impact on minority carrier lifetime. This paper addresses the topic of particle and ionic contamination found in prediffusion wet process steps including the amount of contamination that could be present in a system based on the wetted surface materials and recommendations for minimizing and removing contamination. |
