| Popis: | The clinical and biochemical data in sixteen patients with various types of glycogen storage disease are summarized. It is possible to make the differential diagnosis of this disease from the investigation of leukocyte enzymes and the in vivo transformation of galactose. Several suggestions for dietary therapy are made. |
