Popis:	Alkynes and Cumulenes, XXII. -The Thermal Di- and Trimerization of tert-Butylallene The thermal di- and trimerization of tert-butylallene (4) in the gas phase has been investigated at 220 and 290°C. Whereas the dimers 5 and 6 are the main products at the lower temperature, the trimers 10 and 11 as well as the rearrangement product 12 are obtained at 290°C. The mechanisms of formation of these allene oligomers are discussed.
