Popis: | A 28GHz injection locked voltage-controlled oscillator pair with tunable phase outputs is designed using 130nm CMOS technology. Injection-lock based phase shifting is introduced to provide tunable phases for phase arrays. Together with LC cross-couple pair, the voltage-controlled oscillator is able to work at 28GHz with 2GHz tuning range while providing 180-degree phase shifts in post-layout simulations with Cadence Spectre RF. |
