| Popis: | In the new environmental context, corporate governance is no longer a luxury but a necessity. There is a gap between precept and practice of corporate governance. While we have enough examples of inadequate corporate governance, we do not have many examples of good corporate governance. Feudal mind-set, manifold regulations, lack of concern for society, a sense of insecurity, and greed are some of the reasons for this. We need to do something to bridge the gap. In this context, this perspective looks at the key issues in corporate governance. |
