Popis: The present article is the first of its kind to propose a diagnostic biotechnical system (BTS) of a new generation with a high-tech block of deep model processing of the clinical information based on the mathematical model that connects physiological data available for clinical measurement with internal characteristics of a human body that have direct diagnostic meaning. As an example of such a BTS, there is a proposed medical device for the early diagnostic of latent Diabetes mellitus type 2 (DM2) with a long latent period during which its late vascular and neurological complications are already developing. This article demonstrates the effectiveness of using the original mathematical model of the carbohydrate exchange regulation system to convert the clinical data of the simplest glucose tolerance test - the oral test (OGTT) - into the characteristics of the “hyperglycemic clamp”. This popular in highly developed countries method is recognized as the “gold standard” of diabetic research, albeit very difficult to carry out, complicated and unsafe for a patient. There was a single-compartmental structural and functional approach to the mathematical modeling of biosystems applied, which was based on the well-known experimental and clinical data, the most important of which were: the character of insulin-dependent glucose utilization and the glucose stimulation of insulin secretion by the pancreas.
