The aim of this study is to apprehend The Impact of Non-performing loans (NPLs) on Bank Lending Behaviour the UAE banking sector, in specific whether or not an amplify of credit hazard in the course of action can lead banks to cut back their loaning activity. A second object is to investigate whether local (Domestic) and Foreign banks show different behaviour’s. The analysis is based on a sample of UAE banks .The sample consists of 35 listed banks observed 2012-2017. Investigations show a bad influence on Bank lending Behaviour and reflects an action for credit risk management of the Banks operating in UAE more effectively for over all mitigation of Risk with regard to both deposit risk measures: the non- performing loans and the Loan loss provision ratio. |
