Transportation plan of a logistics enterprise includes selection of transportation routes, and coordination of transportation resources and transfer stations. For a large-scale logistics enterprise, large amount of orders and huge transportation network make the optimization of transportation plan very complex. This paper designs a two-phase algorithm, which includes the Dijkstra algorithm and tabu algorithm. The test of the actual business data proves the algorithm is very effective in solving the transportation plan optimization in a large-scale logistics enterprise. |
