Popis: | A method is presented for fitting experimental amplitude distribution data to the functional relationship C = 1- exp (− aR b ), where C is the probability that the amplitude is less than R . The constants of fit a and b are shown to be sufficient for estimating a probability density function and, hence, for approximating any of the moments for the data distribution. |
