This work is devoted to the study of psychological factors influencing the choice of consumers and the development of effective marketing campaigns. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study:1. Development of effective marketing campaigns for «Lenta» LLC.2. Identification of factors that influence the consumer when viewing advertising.3. Analysis of the financial and economic activities of «Lenta» LLC.4. Analysis of the existing marketing system of «Lenta» LLC and development of recommendations for its improvement.The work was carried out on the basis of «Lenta» LLC, where a significant part of the factual material was collected. An analysis of financial and economic activities was carried out, as well as a survey using a Google form to study the psychological factors that affect the consumer when viewing advertising. As a result of the survey, the factors due to which consumers react to a particular advertisement were identified, and based on the survey, recommendations were made to improve the company's marketing strategy. |
