| Popis: | The technique of crystalline redundancy of ADC and DAC units is considered to increase the survivability of converters in operating conditions. The expediency of backing up the main digital blocks (adders, registers, PLLs), as well as peripheral DACs and comparators used for automatic calibration and calibration of converters is substantiated. |
