Popis: | In order to obtain new potentially bioactive substances and to investigate the effect of bulky functional groups on the formation of supramolecular complexes, 20-hydroxyecdysone triacetate has been synthesized, its spatial structure has been determined, and its complexation with β-cyclodextrin has been studied by means of NMR. The anti-inflammatory activity of the obtained water-soluble complex has been assessed. |
