Popis: The types of optical radiation photodetectors have been considered according to the principle of action. A theoretical and experimental study of the electron generation mechanism in the structure “carbon nanotubes – silicon substrate” under the influence of the far infrared range radiation has been carried out. It has been established that such structures are thermal radiation receivers of the bolometric type.
