Popis:	The article offers methodological approaches to territorial units' innovative attractiveness monitoring, considering their territorial features, defines the notion 'innovative attractiveness monitoring', forms hierarchy system of territorial units' innovative attractiveness monitoring, considering their territorial features. Results of the research have both theoretical and practical importance and can be used for further development of theoretical and practical issues of territorial units' innovative development as the instruments to increase territories' economic efficiency.
