| Popis: | We report on a patient with synchrony of mastopathic alterations and incomplete testicular feminization. In the 54-year old patient, typical climacteric complaints as well as mastopathy-associated symptoms occurred. After orchiectomy and subsequent oestrogen substitution, clinical symptoms disappeared. |
