It aims to provide governments with a better understanding of the strengths and challenges of utilizing different instruments to align their current budgets, raise additional public finance, and leverage the private finance necessary to meet their climate goals. It captures insights that policymakers can use to better understand the landscape of finance available for NDCs. |
