| Popis: | The supply chain operations reference (SCOR) is a model to improve, and communicate supply chain flows within an organization and with its suppliers and customers. In this paper we present L-SCOR an extension to SCOR to support the adaptive aspect of a supply chain, by adding to its six processes a seventh one sL Learn. We explain and present sL and its workflow as proposed, on the three levels of the supply chain covered by SCOR. Finally, a proposition to implement sL in the fourth level of a supply chain, using web service and Q-learning, is given. |
