Popis: | Osteochondroma is the most common bone tumour, which appears most commonly in the long bones. However, cases have been described in the scaphoid, capitate, lunate, trapezium, and trapezoid bones, which can be a cause of pain in the hand and wrist. Osteochondromas can occur concomitantly with other traumatic or degenerative processes or generate complications in adjacent structures. Below we present an osteochondroma in the pisiform bone associated with pisotriquetral osteoarthritis. |
