Popis:	Tuberous sclerosis is a rare inherited neurocutaneous syndrome, which has multisystem involvement. We present a geriatric female patient with chronic abdominal pain who was diagnosed with giant renal angiomyolipoma (AML) and multiple sclerotic skeletal lesions. Radiological imaging played an important role in identifying these two features and diagnosing tuberous sclerosis in our case.
