The article proposes an integrated approach to the automation of forestry enterprises, which ensures the integrity and consistency of management processes and, as a consequence, increases the enterprise efficiency. The approach is based on universal digital platform solutions with modular structure. The novelty of the approach is the three-level organization of business processes according to the systemic principle, linking the external business environment, the integral parameters of the enterprise as a whole and the functioning of its production components. This approach to management allows solving not only tactical tasks of operational planning, but also strategic tasks of interaction with customers and suppliers through harmonization of their interests on the basis of mutually beneficial cooperation. A distinctive feature of the approach is its scientific sophistication, and developed mathematical models that take into account a large number of factors and limitations of technological and business processes, as well as methods and algorithms that enable optimal planning and control over production with increased speed. Examples of practical implementation of the approach are given in the form of production planning systems, successfully used by forestry industry enterprises with notable economic effect. |
