Popis: Hypotension is defined as a systolic arterial blood pressure of less than 90 mm Hg, or a diastolic arterial pressure of less than 60 mm Hg, and may lead to shock, with clinical evidence of inadequate blood supply to critical organs. It can be due to hypovolaemia, cardiac pump failure, or vasodilatation. This chapter describes the clinical approach to patient with hypotension.
