The main results of an experimental study on the approbation of the method of remote noninvasive detection by electrocardiogram on the first lead the carbohydrate metabolism disorders (CMD) using a portable electrocardiograph CardioQVARK and expert system ES diabetes mellitus (DM) are presented. The possibility of detecting cardio indication of (CMD) with sensitivity of 70% and specificity of more than 86% was confirmed. The possibility of remote non-invasive screening of the population with high sensitivity and specificity was confirmed by this method. |
