Popis: | In this communication, glycine, an amino acid, was applied to modify the TiO2/CH3NH3PbI3 heterojunction interface for reducing the inevitable defects formed during crystallization of perovskite. The power conversion efficiency of the resulting perovskite solar cell was increased from 8.35 to 12.02%, attributed to the enhancement of the short-circuit current density. |
