According to the quality problems of a company’s carbon nanometer materials touch screen product in the processing, based on the Lean Six Sigma method, this paper analyzed the production processes and the defective rate of the big board section, and determined the offset defect as the key factors affecting the quality of the products in the process of its production. By using the experiment design, the main reason that caused offset defect was found to be the operation stability of the organic units of the laminating machine. On the basis of the working principle analyzed for the laminating machine, the defects of the structure and principle were found and a new method equipped with machine vision and automatic detection system was proposed to achieve automatic detection offset and automatic positioning. This study result would provide a feasible means for the improvement of the quality of touch screen products. |
