Popis:	Gahrliepia (Gahrliepia) starki, n. sp. collected in southern Thailand from 2 species of rodents is described and illustrated. This species is unique in many respects, especially in having a honeycombed scutum which is markedly and narrowly ligulate posterior to the first pair of usurped setae.
