Popis: | The perpendicular anisotropy in (100)-textured CoFe 2 O 4 thin films is found to be due to a combination of magneto-crystalline anisotropy and stress-induced anisotropy. The magneto-crystalline anisotropy by itself is insufficient for potential use as a magneto-optic information carrier. |
