Popis: | The authors contend that the most important tasks to be undertaken for the improvement of refrigerating plant construction are intensification of the processes of heat transfer and savings of labor in the production of heat exchange apparatus. They recommend reduction of metal consumption and reduction of temperature gradients of working media as well as structural modifications that improve the efficiency of single-phase flows of heat and refrigerant carriers. They recommend highly mechanized and automated production for the manufacture of a welded plate-type heat exchange apparatus. They also emphasize the potential usefulness of aluminum ribbed plate-type condensers to lower aerodynamic and hydraulic drag and to make production cheaper. |
