Controllable preparation and rapid photoelectric response of homogeneous ZnTe microspheres

Popis:	Uniform ZnTe microspheres with 1.7 μm diameter were prepared by a PVP-assisted solvothermal process. By assembling ZnTe microspheres into photodetectors, the rise time and decay time of the photodetector were 96.93 ms and 103.57 ms, respectively.
