Popis: Объектом исследования является ООО «КМС Норд-Вест». Цель работы состоит в оценке эффективности инвестиционного проекта по расширению деятельности ООО «КМС Норд-Вест» путём создания кофейни «Lavazza Crema». На основании анализа финансово-Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности выбранного предприятия предложены рекомендации по повышению эффективности деятельности. Разработаны основные разделы бизнес-плана инвестиционного проекта по расширению деятельности предприятия в соответствии со стандартами UNIDO. Основным конкурентным преимуществом кофейни является возможность проведения Ð¾Ð±ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑÑ‚ÐµÑ€-классов. Это новый, эффективный прием, нацеленный на формирование потребительского выбора, стимулирования сбыта продукции в индустрии общественного питания. Произведена оценка экономической эффективности предложенного проекта с использованием ÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð². Рассчитана ставка дисконтирования, чистая приведенная стоимость проекта, внутренняя норма Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸, дисконтированый индекс Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸, дисконтированый и простой сроки окупаемости, коэффициент эффективности инвестиций. Сделан прогноз Ñ„Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð½ÑÐ¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² за 3 года функционирования кофейни «Lavazza Crema». Реализация инвестиционного проекта по расширению деятельности предприятия приведет к повышению показателя рентабельности за счет увеличения чистой прибыли.
The object of the study is LLC CMS Nord-West. The purpose of the work is to assess the effectiveness of the investment project to expand the activities of KMS Nord-West LLC by creating a cafe Lavazza Crema. Recommendations were made to improve the efficiency of activities based on an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the selected enterprise. The main sections of the business plan of the investment project to expand the activities of the enterprise in accordance with UNIDO standards have been developed. The main competitive advantage of the coffee house is the possibility of conducting training workshops. This is a new, effective technique aimed at shaping consumer choice, stimulating the sale of products in the catering industry. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed project using static and dynamic methods. The discount rate, the net present value of the project, the internal rate of return, the discounted profitability index, the discounted and simple payback period, the investment efficiency ratio are calculated. The forecast of financial results for the 3 years of the Lavazza Crema coffee shop was made. The implementation of the investment project to expand the activities of the enterprise will lead to an increase in profitability due to an increase in net profit.
