Popis:	In article signs are determined and motivated, on which, on base of the analysis given about cosmic situation, it is possible reveal preparing the orbital groups cosmic device to provision combat action troops (forces) of foreign states. The algorithm for the discovery of increasing intensity of intelligenceof the exploring cosmic devices in necessary region is offered. Practical application of the algorithm is cited as an instance.
