Popis:	Purpose : The aim of the study was to evaluate some redox stress parameters (erythrocyte activity of glucose-6-dehydrogenase—G6PDH, susceptibility of erythrocytes to lipid peroxidation—ESP) and the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) membrane fluidity at leflunomide or methotrexate treated rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients compared to healthy controls in view of developing methods to assess the toxic effect of the drugs.
