Popis:	Two new polyphenols, cassigarol A and cassigarol B, have been isolated from the heartwood of Cassia garrettiana CRAIB. (Thai drug "sa mae sarn, " Leguminosae). The structures of cassigarol A and cassigarol B were determined by means of chemical studies and spectral and X-ray analyses.
