We report a DHT-WOLED system combining a hybrid fluorescent/phosphorescent emitter and a hybrid vacuum evaporation/solution process with a novel multilayer Liq/Al/F4-TCNQ/NPB:F4-TCNQ as CGU. White color is tuned by adjusting the p-doped layer thickness without significantly impacting on the driving voltage. This DHT-WOLED has potential advantages of low cost, easy fabrication, tunable color and high efficiency WOLED for future lighting applications. |
