| Popis: | In Germany, the quality assurance of clinical laboratory testing is legally regulated by the Medical Devices Operator Ordinance (MPBetreibV). Fundamentally, laboratory findings are subject to the same reliability criteria whether generated in the central laboratory or at the POC. To comply with this requirement, the Guideline of the German Medical Association on Quality Assurance in Medical Laboratory Examinations (RiliBAK) is equally obligatory for POCT. Its rules for both quality management systems as well as internal and external quality control must be observed. |
