Popis: | Introduction. According to numerous studies on adults, extravascular lung water volume (EVLW) monitoring allows us to immediately correct the volume of infusion, mechanical ventilation parameters and assign adequate vasoactive therapy in various categories of patients. The objective was to study the dynamics of EVLW in infants with heart defects, accompanied by pulmonary hypervolaemia, during and after surgical correction and cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). |
