This paper deals with the optimization of the assembly line for the automation of the manipulation of the verified part to ensure a suitable test position. The tests are performed on the brake system of the internal gearbox. The technical implementation of the pneumatic system, the extension of the control and visualization technology and the new product handling control system are described, and in conclusion the benefits of the above-mentioned extension are discussed. |
