Popis:	A 25 kW cogeneration unit was designed and operated for 2500 h on biogas produced from two anaerobic digesters using dairy manure as their feed. Performance studies detailed specifications for the spark system, thermodynamic performance of the unit, and other important operation parameters. Extended operation also provided insights on the effects of hydrogen sulfide within the biogas on the engine and potential procedures for controlling such problems as well as other long term operating considerations.
