The aim of the study is to study ways to reduce Royalstar shiing costs Research tasks: - Researching the method of controlling the cost of deli1very; -International logistics and transport status and analysis of the Problems of the Royalstar company; - Transportation routes and collection methods - Reduce freight rates through supplier selection and maritime tendering; - Features of Royalstar Global Sea Import and Export, Analysis of the Reasons for High Sea Freight Rates. The study was carried out on the basis of Rolyastar's logistics and transportation data over the years. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comParative analysis. The main results of the study: - Reduce freight rates through supplier selection and maritime tendering - Establish the Process of choosing the optimal transportation route. The scientific novelty of the study Analyze Royalstar's data over the years, find out the reasons for the high cost of ocean transportation, establish the optimal route, establish a forecast model, and reduce the cost of ocean transportation. |
