Popis: Water requirements have been increasing over the years, influenced by demographic and economic growth, pollution and irregular use of water resources. An efficient solution to minimize this socio-environmental imbalance is the use of tanks for requiring a simple structure, easy access and the use of rainwater resources. Thus, the objective of this work was to elaborate, build and teach the local community the construction and installation of a mini tank for non-potable purposes, produced with recyclable materials, proposed by students of the extension project Laboratory of Evaluation and Construction with Recyclable Materials (LAMAR). The project achieved the participants’ satisfaction regarding the assessed items, in which the construction of a mini tank was considered possible.
