Popis:	The reconstruction of a posterior canal wall was performed in radical cavities. Two series of operations were studied, using either autologous bone grafts or homologous cartilage. Details of the procedure and preliminary results are given. In conclusion the use of bank cartilage is favored, but long range results should be respected.
