Popis: | We propose a zero index material (ZIM) unit cell design that can be used to enhance the gain of the Vivaldi antenna (VA) by 2 dB when arranged in a planar fashion. ZIM is a kind of metamaterial. The ZIM resonates at approximately $\lambda/10$ . The simulations are performed using ANSYS HFSS. |
