Understanding the concept of organizational culture and safety climate involving all employees of a health institution and considering the instrument's potential, the following question was formulated: In which health care environments does the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire (SAQ) ) evaluate the safety culture in health and support professionals? Therefore, this project aims to identify studies that have adopted the SAQ tool to analyze the organizational culture and safety climate, seeking to identify in which environments and health professionals the form was applied. |
