In this paper, the theoretical aspects of image formation, factors and specifics of the formation of the image of a small enterprise in the Internet environment were considered. The activity of the enterprise and its competitors was also analyzed. The paper identifies one of the problems of the company â the lack of a positive image in the Internet. As part of the study, recommendations were developed for the formation of a positive image of the coffee shop "Coffee Jim" on the Internet, aimed at solving this problem. Calculated assessment of the effectiveness of recommended and conducted competitions. |
