Popis: In this study, the effect of and sintering time on the positive temperature of coefficient of resistivity (PTCR) behavior of lead free (BBNT) ceramics were investigated in order to fabricate a PTC thermistor with high temperature more than . In particular, BBNT ceramic doped with 0.1mol% and sintered at for 4 h has significantly increased Curie temperature () of about , showed good PTCR behavior of room-temperature resistivity () of , a high ratio of and a large resistivity temperature factor () of 16.1%/. With increasing addition of content, the decreased to a minimum value of at 0.1mol% and the increased for x value over 0.1 mol%.
