This chapter contains the codes to solve the Exercises related with the linear transport equation. The different numerical schemes studied in Chap. 5 are implemented. The pulse defined in Example 5.1 is considered as initial condition and also the continuous sine function considered in Sect. 5.5 to analyze the accuracy of the Lax Friedrichs and the upwind schemes. Transmissive and periodic boundary conditions are also implemented. The conservation of the schemes is also checked. |
