Popis: ow has been investigated. A benchmark microphone has been positioned within the ONERA's F2 1.4 m wide and 1.8 m high test section, supplied with a 40m/s airow. An acoustic signal made of eleven pure tones between 300 and 3000Hz has been emitted within the wind tunnel by a loudspeaker located in the oor. A three-component Laser Doppler Anemometer has been used to measure the velocity eld in the vicinity of the microphone. Then a post-processing technique has been applied to obtain the part of the velocity signal which was correlated with the loudspeaker signal. This acoustic velocity eld is introduced within the linearized Euler equations to compute the associated acoustic pressure. Comparisons with the benchmark sound pressure levels are quite satisfactory, especially above 1kHz. Taking the average over successive measurements allows to greatly reduce the variability observed on the acoustic pressure obtained by this laser-based tech- nique.
