Popis:	Introduction Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare, highly aggressive hematopoietic malignancy. It manifests as cutaneous and bone marrow involvement and leukemic spread. It represents 0.7% of primary cutaneous lymphomas. Recently, it was established as a distinct entity. We present a rare case of BPDCN with good response to chemotherapy and review the clinicopathologic features of this disease.
