ÐÑÑледование пÑоводилоÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑодами анализа и ÑиÑÑемаÑизаÑии наÑÑной и ноÑмаÑивно-пÑавовой лиÑеÑаÑÑÑÑ, ÑÑÐ°Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ аналогии заÑÑбежнÑÑ Ð¸ оÑеÑеÑÑвеннÑÑ Ð¿ÑимеÑов, анализа ÑÑÑеÑÑвÑÑÑей ÑиÑÑаÑии и вÑÑвление пÑоблем в оÑганизаÑии паÑковой Ð·Ð¾Ð½Ñ Ð² овÑаге ÐаÑоÑа г. ÐиÑова, ÑазÑабоÑка пÑоекÑнÑÑ ÑеÑений Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð²ÑбÑанной ÑеÑÑиÑоÑии. ÐзÑÑен опÑÑ ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¾ÑеÑеÑÑвеннÑÑ Ð¸ заÑÑбежнÑÑ ÑеÑÑиÑоÑий-аналогов. Ð Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ иÑÑÐ»ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñли вÑÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð½ÐµÐ³Ð°ÑивнÑе оÑобенноÑÑи ÑеÑÑиÑоÑий Ñ Ð¾Ð²Ñагами и балками и подобÑÐ°Ð½Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑопÑиÑÑÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ Ð¸Ñ ÑÑÑÑанениÑ. Ð ÑабоÑе пÑоведен гÑадоÑÑÑоиÑелÑнÑй анализ ÑеÑÑиÑоÑии и анализ ÑÑÑеÑÑвÑÑÑей ÑиÑÑаÑии. ÐпÑеделена ее иÑÑоÑиÑеÑкаÑ, ÑкологиÑеÑкаÑ, ландÑаÑÑно-гÑадоÑÑÑоиÑелÑÐ½Ð°Ñ ÑенноÑÑÑ. ÐвÑоÑом опÑеделено ÑаÑположение ÑÑнкÑионалÑнÑÑ Ð·Ð¾Ð½ и ÑазÑабоÑÐ°Ð½Ñ Ð¿ÑоекÑнÑе ÑеÑениÑ, ÑдовлеÑвоÑÑÑÑие вÑÑвленнÑм ÑÑловиÑм иÑполÑÐ·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ð²Ñажно-балоÑнÑÑ ÑеÑÑиÑоÑий. Subject matter of the graduation qualification work: "Creation of recreational area in the Zasora ravine in Kirov". This work is devoted to developing the concept of improving the territory of the ravine Zasora in Kirov. The aim of the dissertation work is to identify the features of the design of parks on the ravine and gully areas and apply them in the development of the project recreational area in the ravine Zasora in Kirov. The object of the study - ravine and gully areas.Subject of study - the design solutions selected for the territory of the Zasora ravine, located in the central part of Kirov city. The study was carried out by methods of analysis and systematization of scientific and regulatory and legal literature, comparison and analogy of foreign and domestic examples, analysis of the existing situation and identifying problems in the organization of the park zone in the Zasora ravine of Kirov, development of design solutions for the selected territory. The experience in the development of domestic and foreign peer territories was studied. In the course of the study negative features of territories with ravines and gullies were identified and measures to address them were selected. The work carried out an urban analysis of the territory and the analysis of the current situation. Its historical, ecological, landscape and urban planning value was determined. The author determined the location of the functional zones and developed design solutions that meet the identified conditions of use of the ravine and gully areas. |
