Popis: | The regularities in the changes in the average size, yield, and impurity composition of diamond crystals synthesized in the nickel-manganese system with admixtures of group IV elements are established. It is found that the average size of crystals in a set increases with increasing Ti concentration. It is shown that the yield of the diamond phase is affected significantly by impurities and almost independent of the metallic melt composition. |
