Popis:	Comparison of kinetic properties of acetylcholinesterase in membrane preparations from various density (age) fractions of bovine erythrocytes revealed in increase in Km value, ascribed to decrease in membrane surface potential, with increasing cell age. Activation energy of the enzyme decreased during red cell aging.
